But they are way too tight for me to be able to wear on my swollen legs, cutting off the circulation at the ankles and behind the knees. I opened and wore one pair but won't even open the other. Can it be returned or exchanged?"

"My son has a pair of custom made compression ready wraps for below the knee for both legs. There is only one pair of liners that came with the ready wraps. We needed extra pairs of liners, so I ordered directly from the company that made his custom wraps. I thought he would get an XXL but they fit more like a large. like a large. The liners are good quality, but won't go up to his knee"
