Imperfect, but definite improvement

"This is helpful to use to sleep in at night. Still using compression hose during the day. Devise gets swelling down at night so that I can at least start the day with less swelling. The effects do not last long however. Also, after a few house, it starts causing pain that wakes me up..so I have to remove it in the middle of the night."

"The Circaid juxtafit has give his legs the lymph movement he needed with his weight as a result of diabetes. The tone of his leg skin and the swelling that used to be in the legs is much subsided. At first it was a bit of a 'trick' to get them on each leg. Once it was figured out they take no time at all for either leg. The gentleman is anxious to show his doctors the improvements in just one month of wear...about 4 out of 7 days in a week. One note, the length for him was a little long for his short but thick leg but there is just enough adjustment in the velcro straps to overcome it."

They did there job by

"They did there job by making the swelling of my legs almost back to normal size. I will say it takes patience in putting on. Needed assistance from wife in putting on & off. Recommended by my cardiologist an they worked well. A little pricey because I had to by two due both legs swelling more than my zip up compression socks could handle. Will see cardiologist this Friday 3/4/2022."

"Follow the measurement guide and the fit will be good. The Velcro is really strong. I have trouble getting the anklet to fit properly. I just can’t seem to place it properly. I’ll keep trying because the wraps seem to be helping me."

Does this include the compression foot piece as shown in the picture?
Hello, thanks for reaching out! These are the items included in it. 1 Legging, pair of knee high or thigh high undersleeves (footless), black cover up and built-in pressure system (BPS) guide card. Circaid power added compression band (pac band) and pair of compression anklets included with lower leg.
My measurements are C=37, B1=35, B=22. Size long. So B1 is just out of range on measurements. What size would I need please?
I would do the Medium. The Velcro might not match up. The Medium Full Calf is a no. We do have a great return policy. Thank you
