Toe-band (& foot) more comfortable than Sigvaris!
"I bought a pair of these Mediven Comfort thigh-highs (in 30-40mmHg) in March 2026, and I'm very happy that their toe-band is not overly tight. I had been wearing Sigvaris (and I do love most things about my Sigvaris) *BUT* the toe-band on Sigvaris is painfully tight on me, even though my shoe size is not wide. The Mediven gave instant relief from that pain across the ball of my foot, and restored blood flow to my little toes! I also love the way these Mediven stay up with NO slipping! (FYI, my Sigvaris stay put nicely also. ) I'm allergic to medical adhesives, so I can't use that great product "It Stays. " So compression that doesn't slip is very important to me. I often had to wipe the silicone dots of my Jobst thigh-highs with alcohol to stop them from slipping, but I haven't had to wipe the dots of these Mediven yet. These Mediven seem sturdy and very supportive. The one thing I don't care for is their color. The so-called "Natural" is WAY too dark for me. And I don't care much for its sheen, either. But they are so comfortable that I will continue to wear them most places."
