15-20 mmHg: The moderate compression provides relief from minor to moderate swelling, aching, and varicose veins. They are great for preventing deep vein thrombosis (or economy class syndrome) while traveling, but they’re also good for anyone who stands or sits for long periods of time.

Juzo Soft knee high stockings deliver 15-20 mmHg of graduated compression from the ankle to just below the knee. 15-20 mmHg is the light, entry level of the range, and it is where most people start when no clinician has specified a level.

Soft is the Juzo series to reach for when the stocking has to go on every morning without a fight. Juzo knits it to be extremely soft and elastic, with a reinforced heel and a soft toe box at the two points that take the most wear. The knit is opaque and, in Juzo's words, virtually inconspicuous, so it reads as everyday hosiery rather than as a medical garment. The series runs from 15-20 through 30-40 mmHg in knee high, thigh high and pantyhose, with an open and a closed toe at every level.

Key features

  • Soft, elastic knit - Juzo builds the Soft series to be extremely soft and elastic
  • Opaque finish - covers the leg and wears like ordinary hosiery
  • Open toe - the toe section is left open, and it works with a Juzo Open Toe Slippie, which slides over the foot to make the stocking easier to pull on
  • Reinforced heel - built up where wear concentrates
  • Machine wash and dry - no hand washing and no line drying
  • Unisex sizing - sizes I through V in regular, short and petite lengths

Juno open toe stocking

"Good support for me. I especially like that they are open toe for my problem toes. I wear a light sock over them to cover my toes. Anything heavier does not work. So pleased and grateful to have found a good supportive stocking that helps me with my foot problems & the sizing for my shorter legs."

Socks feel good!

"I usually struggle to put the socks on, but once they are on they feel good. It is hard to wear them on the heat, but I am getting use to them. Overall, I am happy with the product."

They help with ankle swelling.

"They help with ankle swelling. Fabric feels rather warm in summer, but this may be necessary. I am shorter than the shortest size is meant for, but I do manage with them."
