"These are wonderful for helping relieve my Achilles Tendonitis pain while I am playing tennis and afterwards. I bought 2 so that I could wear them on both feet when I play. I have Achilles tendonitis in my right foot and my left foot Achilles is starting to hurt as well. So I wear them on both feet.
