Shipping Policy

We offer fast, free shipping via DHL & USPS on all orders of $35 or more shipped within the United States.

With over $5 Million in inventory, we are proud to ship 99% of orders received by 2:00pm EST the same or next business day.

Domestic Shipping Costs - Delivery Time -
Standard - FREE (orders over $35) 5-10 business days
Standard - $2.99 (orders under $35) 5-10 business days
Priority Saver - $2.99 (orders over $35) 3-7 business days
Priority Saver - $3.99 (orders under $35) 3-7 business days
Ground - FedEx (continental US)- $9.99 3-5 business days
Two-Day - FedEx (continental US)- $14.99 2 business days
One-Day - FedEx (continental US)- $27.99 1 business day

Note: Expedited orders received after 2:00pm EST may not ship until the following business day. Please allow 2-3 additional days for larger orders.  Expedited methods require a physical address.  No P.O. boxes.  

Canada Shipping: Canadian shipping is FREE on orders of $100 or more and only $9.95 on orders under $100. Shipments to Canada are made via the Global Mail Parcel Priority service with delivery by Canada Post or CanPar. Shipments take 7-10 business days. Customs & duties will be collected. We are not responsible for these costs.

Other International shipping: International shipping is available via DHL Global Mail. Rates vary by country and will be provided during checkout. Due to potential customs delays, we cannot provide estimated delivery times on international shipments. However, most arrive within 7-10 business days. Customs & duties will be collected upon delivery. We are not responsible for these costs.

Tracking: If an email address was provided, tracking and/or delivery confirmation numbers will be provided via email after your order ships. Otherwise, please visit our order status page to find your order.

Lost/Stolen/Backorders: We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen. In the event of an extended backorder, a customer service agent will reach out to discuss your options.
