Product in new and unused condition (with original, sealed packaging) may be returned for up to 6 months (180 days) following the original purchase date. Returns that are received with original packaging within 60 days from the original purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns received after 60 days from the original purchase date will be refunded as a store credit. Store credit expires one year from the date of issue. All purchases made with store credit are final sale. To apply store credit towards a new purchase, please call our Customer Service team to place your order.

Products that have been opened, worn or tried on, must have the original packaging
to be returnedand will only be accepted within 30 days from the receipt of purchase
for a refund or exchange. Exchanges may be limited per company discretion.
Products that have been tried or worn must be laundered prior to return.

If you would prefer to utilize a prepaid shipping label, contact our Customer Service. There is a $6.95 charge to use our prepaid return shipping label. If you choose to ship it via other means, please be sure to use a traceable, insured method and obtain a tracking number to ensure its safe return to us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most returns are processed within 2-3 weeks upon mailing.
Note: Orders are eligible for a return upon shipment from our warehouse. Returns received without prior authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee and/or may be refused at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. Some product warranties are available through the manufacturer, and we may direct you to their warranty department for assistance. A $5.95 shipping and handling fee will be applied to the new order on all exchanges. Items marked Final Sale on our website or Non-Returnable on your order confirmation may not be returned or exchanged. Snags, runs and holes can develop in the product over time, as with similar products. These occurrences will not be considered defects and will not qualify for a return or exchange. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processed. For more information regarding credits to your account, please contact your card issuer or payment processor.
