These thigh highs feature a lace top with silicone bands to hold the stockings in place without the need for a garter belt. Mediven Sheer & Soft are the sheerest medical compression stockings on the market. They are preferred four to one by compression stocking wearers. In addition to being the sheerest, independent studies found them softer and and more durable.
